Children of elementary school age and older and preschool children who require a futon will be charged at the adult rate. *Preschool children may sleep with their parents for free. "SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

Qiao361 is a newly built garden house adjacent to Gakuen Higashi Street, Tsukuba's main street. It is about 10 minutes by car or 18 minutes by public transportation from Tsukuba Station.
