Explore Ancient West Cornwall From a Charming Apartment

Awaken in a bright, cheerful space with views of a quaint village from first floor windows. A cottage-like feel is created by painted wood panelling and traditional furnishings designed for comfort. Have breakfast at table nestled under a skylight. Situated in a peaceful Cornish village, Little Anvil occupies a central position (both the north and south coast are within easy reach) ideal for exploring beautiful West Cornwall. A newly converted first-floor apartment which forms part of the owners 18th century cottage, one of the oldest in the village. With its own private entrance, the apartment is full of character, with luxurious touches and modern appliances - a welcoming and comfortable place to return to after your day out. In addition to this we are next door to the village pub, where you can relax with a drink in the beer garden, have a meal or chat with locals. The pub also has a small shop for essential supplies. The open plan living/kitchen area is well equipped with a large flat screen, Smart TV for relaxing in the evening, plus a Bluetooth speaker for your music and free wi-fi. If you like to cook the kitchen/dining area facilities include an induction hob, full size oven, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washer-dryer should you need it, and heating for the colder months. The bedroom is decorated in a relaxing French style with a king-size bed, luxurious linen, and an en-suite shower room. If you are bringing your dog with you there is an enclosed outdoor courtyard area for convenience, which also has a covered storage area for bicycles/kayak. The nearest town is the historic market town of Helston (4 miles), famous for its Spring celebration - Flora Day. The thriving and pretty coastal town of Falmouth is a short drive (for visitors to the University campus, it is only a 10min drive) and the beautiful port of Porthleven with its many fine restaurants is also within a 15-20minute drive. Nearby is the stunning coastline of The Lizard Peninsula, or you could travel towards the evocative and mysterious landscape of West Penwith, stopping to visit St Michaels Mount on your way to unforgettable St Ives and beyond. West Cornwall has so many stunning places to visit, that we hope you will want to return time and again. Sole and private access to all areas of apartment with own private entrance and key for coming and going! The apartment also has an enclosed courtyard area with storage for bikes if required. The apartment is in the village of Porkellis, close to art and culture, restaurants, a beach, and family-friendly activities. West Cornwall is known for its heathland, golden sand, artists' colonies, ancient stone circles, and Iron Age villages. We are in a rural location, so a car is highly recommended. However there is a bus stop just outside the apartment, but village buses are mysterious infrequent animals. The nearest town is Helston, approx 4 miles, and the nearest train station, Redruth is 8 miles. The A30, which is the main road connecting Cornwall with the rest of the UK is approx 10 miles. Nearest ferry port is Plymouth (50 miles) and the nearest Airport is Newquay (31 miles). The nearest international airport is Bristol (166 miles) The apartment has its own entrance and courtyard and is adjacent to the main house which is occupied by the owners.

"The Hideaway" is a newly renovated 1 bedroom flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

The Maritime Museum in Events Square and the bustling town with its numerous shops bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. The beaches are a mere 10 minutes in the other direction. Faraday is set above the historic town of Penryn,with far reaching views over the town and estuary towards Pendennis and St Mawes castles.The two bedroomed flat is a 4* visit England self catering holiday accommodation and comes fully equipped for your stay.It is situated close to the Penryn University which is a five minute walk and a short two minute walk to the train station,which will take you to Falmouth which has an array of pubs and restaurants we are also close to a large supermarket

Welcome to Sunny Bank situated in the village of Lanner, Cornwall. Lanner is very central for exploring all of Cornwall with its beautiful coast line. Cleaned to very a high standard using antibacterial cleaner, consists of a new kitchen with dishwasher/fridge/oven and hob, bathroom, new furniture and the ground floor has been completely redecorated, so it has a fresh airy feel to the property, but very homely at the same time. You will have the entire ground floor space and own front door.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Separate access door with coded key lock. Outdoor storage for boards and beach equipment + outdoor shower. Parking for one vehicle. Really amazing location and views.

Set in a central, rural location the The Coach House provides an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall. Comprising an open plan kitchen/diner, lounge and newly refurbished shower room on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the first floor The Coach House provides all you need for that cosy retreat. Perfect for two, but with room upstairs for a cot and highchair on request. Small enclosed seating area at the front of the property and ample parking.

Seashells is a self contained annexe a short walk from the beautiful 3 mile beach in Perranporth. Situated in a quiet road adjacent to Droskyn cliff, it has it's own entrance, parking space and private, enclosed rear patio garden. Newly built and renovated it has a double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable living room with french windows. The shops, bars, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute walk from the property.

The Hay Loft is a spacious, modern apartment set in open countryside on our working farm on Cornwall's north coast. With its own private drive, parking, hot tub and barbecue area you can enjoy your stay at your own pace. Close to the village of Mithian, there are plenty of circular walks to enjoy, (we are dog friendly), Perranporth and St Agnes beaches are 2 miles with the famous Miners Arms (serves food all day) just 1/2 a mile.

Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
