Venture out to the numerous waterfalls, hike the Ottawa National Forest or Sylvania Wilderness, view the scenic Porcupine Mountains, drive through the Keweenaw peninsula. Otter House

Otter House is a beautifully appointed log cabin in the trees overlooking Otter Lake. It is comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The lakefront has a small beach, 3 kayaks, a canoe, hammocks and a fire pit. Otter Lake is a tranquil spot with great fishing and very little boat traffic. Canoe up the Otter River or Kayak down to the dam. You will see eagles, beavers, turtles, loons, geese and if you're lucky an otter. There is a parking pad for your RV or trailer.

Sunset Lake - 4 Bath, Dock, Ski, UTV, Snowmobile

Escape to our cozy 3-bed, 4-bath waterfront cottage on Sunset Lake. Perfect for large groups, this year-round retreat offers stunning sunrise views, a relaxing sauna, and wood-burning fireplaces both inside and out. Enjoy two decks, a pizza oven, and direct lake access. A perfect blend of comfort and adventure for the whole family, with a dedicated workspace for remote needs. Excellent location for ski trips to Ski Brule and near trails for UTV and Snowmobile enthusiast.

The Beach House

Beautiful year round beach house. This tiny house is located on Second Sand Beach. Guests will enjoy an all sand beach on Lake Superior. It is 8 miles from the town of L’Anse, and a 40 minute drive to Houghton. Cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and ORV trails are minutes away. Participate in the many summer and winter fishing tournaments in the area or relax and unwind on the private beach. A boat launch area is a short walk down the beach.
