Esta pequeña casa está totalmente amueblada, con baño, ventanas enormes, ubicada en un jardín verde de una casa familiar en Bratislava con un ambiente agradable. Está separada por una valla de la otra casa en este jardín, situada debajo de un enorme árbol, en Bratislava /Ružinov/, a unos 25 minutos en tranvía del centro de la ciudad (10 minutos en coche). Está en una calle tranquila, pero cerca de todo, adecuada para viajeros solitarios (o parejas), para almas hippies. El aparcamiento es gratuito. Puede haber platos vegetarianos disponibles bajo petición.
