Our quiet cabin community is located between Yosemite National Park (1hr 20 mins away) and Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks (2 hr away) You will have access to a small, private lake with a grass and picnic area. We are 20 minutes from Shaver Lake and about 50 minutes from China Peak.

Unique studio in Old Town Clovis - THE PEACH SUITE

The Peach Suite is a unique little 700-square-foot open floor-plan studio. It's just perfect for two. This little backhouse and the front Garden House (a 100-year-old Craftsman) have been restored and made beautiful again. This unique little studio is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many restaurants and local activities like Farmers' Markets. The Peach Suite has everything you need. The shower and bathroom are small but they definitely do the job.

Built in 1955 from all locally sourced stone and timber, the guest house was once an art studio for renowned California painter Helen Clingan. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierras, this property provides great access to our national parks. There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)

Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.
