The Annexe is in a quiet location, just outside St. Austell town centre, <4 miles from beautiful sandy beaches & the stunning South Coast path. It’s close to walking/cycling routes along old china clay trails too, & not far from The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens Of Heligan, plus famous Harbour villages:- Mevagissey, Charlestown, Fowey & Looe, with their abundance of eateries & artisan craft shops. The North coast isn’t far away either, with its surfing beaches & towns like Padstow & St. Ives .

Bojea Mill

This unique Mill built 300yrs ago enjoys outstanding views. It’s peaceful rural setting offers you the opportunity to access footpaths and a cycle network from your door, which will connect you to the Eden project in one direction or St Austell and the Pentewan valley in the other. It is ideally located with Charlestown Harbour only 2 miles away and the whole of St Austell bay to choose from, ie, Fowey, Gorran haven & Mevagissey to name but a few; it makes the beaches and coastal paths a must.

There is even a cycle path in the village which you can take to visit the Eden project. St Austell Train station is 1.6 miles, Newquay Airport is 14 miles .

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

My cottage is close to the Clay Trails, Newquay and its fantastic surfing beaches, Truro, Falmouth, and the Eden Project with all the convenience of having supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs within a short drive. St Austell train station is around 10 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk. You’ll love my place because of the great location and the character of the property! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and kids and pets are very welcome.
