With absolutely no interruptions from family and friends, enjoy the open plan living of a combined bedroom/bathroom/living room. Jump from your bed into the spa, watch your favourite movie tucked up in bed or curled up in front of the wood fire. East and West, sunrise or sunset, soaking up colourful and magical moments of the day on the large outside decking. Walk to The Convent Gallery, visit local shops and galleries in and about Daylesford and stop at one of the many cafes or restaurants you will discover along the way.

The House at No. 10 in the Heart of Ballarat

Access the brick-lined courtyard garden via the French doors, complete with fountain and shaded dining area. The house was built in 1905 and features original decorative fireplaces, high ceilings, and timber floors, along with a piano. Guests will be left with their privacy and do not need to interact with the host. The host can be contacted any time by phone with any concerns or issues, or for any help you require during your stay. Circumnavigate Lake Wendouree, a scenic 6 kilometres, and within walking distance of the house. Subway, Crust Pizza, and Sushi are all moments away, with a longer stroll to the centre of Ballarat offering a wide choice of restaurants and bars. Electric blankets provided in winter.

Blackwood "Treetops"

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Behind the modest façade lies a surprisingly spacious layout, with generous light-filled living and dining. Consisting of three bedrooms, one with an en suite and a separate modern bathroom. A new kitchen with a large meals table will make your stay indulgent and relaxing. The backyard truly impresses with designed gardens that show off the expansive views. Directly across from the Botanic Gardens, the home is a short walk to the town centre. This is a smoke, pet and event free property.

The Container House and Sauna

The Container House and Sauna in Wombat State Forrest, Blackwood Victoria. Comprised of two fourty foot shipping containers, fitted out to create a unique and comfortable stay. With two bedrooms (1 queen and 1 bunk room) the house sleeps four comfortably. More beds may be available subject to availability. A seven minute walk to town, Blackwood Pub, Post Office Cafe, Blackwood Mineral Springs reserve, Lerdederg River and walking tracks. Warm yourself this winter with a relaxing hot sauna!

Set on an historic one-of-a-kind 1000 acre property in the Macedon Ranges, this charming cottage will provide the ultimate escape. The cottage is away from the workings of the day to day farm, with its own garden, so there is a feeling of privacy. Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

N.B: Please ensure you specify the correct number of guests when booking. Any undeclared overnight guests will be charged to the credit card used for booking following departure. House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). Closeby to the main street of Kyneton which features the historic Piper St hub and local attractions.

Garden Tap House is located on Historic Piper Street, Kyneton and is walking distance to the regions' premier restaurants, shops and bars. The Garden Tap House is a short drive to Victoria's central wine region. The accommodation is great for couples, groups, & families and features 3 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and two bedrooms with two king singles in each. The backyard is a shared space with a cafe named the Courtyard.
