The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Enjoy this stylish studio with enclosed private garden. Fresh milk and a Cornish Cream tea will be waiting for you with our compliments . Rigorous cleaning and hygiene due to Covid 19 has been observed.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! The front cobbled patio area with seating, has views across farmland to distance hills, with an additional decked terrace to the rear which has a large table and chairs and BBQ to dine al fresco.
