The Brook

Nestled in a large enclosed beautiful garden next to a gentle stream. Relax in the peace of a quiet Cornish country retreat. In the heart of the country this cosy new property is a stones throw from a great pub and well stocked shop. Within 10 minutes drive to the nearest beach and close to great attractions including Heligan Garden, The Eden project and the beautiful harbour villages of Mevagissey and Charlestown. Relax on the patio or in the garden listening to the sound of the stream.

Direct bridlepath access for local walks and connecting to the Pentewan Valley Trail - great for cycling and walking. The fishing village of Mevagissey is 3 miles away with a fantastic range of shops and restaurants. Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

Welcome to Little Woodside, a cosy self-contained detached annexe on our property, with private garden and parking in beautiful Carlyon Bay, just minutes from the beach and South West Coast Path. Perfect for couples or solo travellers, Little Woodside is close to the historic harbours of Mevagissey and Charlestown, plus attractions including Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Wi-Fi and Sky TV with Sky Sports 10-minute walk to the beach and 25-minute walk to Charlestown harbour.

Sunrise Shepherd Hut

This Bespoke Shepherd Hut is hidden away in the village of Little Polgooth, staying here will allow you to relax and enjoy the magnificent countryside views in complete privacy. Only a short drive from the historic fishing villages of Mevagissey and Charlestown. You are also surrounded by picturesque beaches, countryside or coastal walks. We are located in the centre of St Austell Cornwall where easy access to Eden Project, Lost garden of Heligan, Charlestown, sandy beaches closeby, Mevagissey fishing village. Free 3 car parking spaces plus Tesla supercharge at the property (fees apply) Thames Foyer style luxury afternoon tea, jam first Cornish clotted cream on scones with a cake stand, wine and coffee station. Lanjeth Cornish cottage in quiet rural location.

A much loved family home, previously a clay worker's cottage. On a residential road with a 20 mph speed limit. It has it's quirks but is ideal for a home from home. Centrally located on the outskirts of St Austell, the cottage is affordably priced and I believe good value for money. Lanjeth is a rural hamlet within easy distance of The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, beaches in St Austell or Newquay. Within walking distance is Lanjeth Water Gardens which is a great place to explore.

Old Village Hall

This fabulous converted village hall offers luxurious and spacious accommodation. A large entrance hall leads into a beautiful and light sitting /dining room with wood burning stove , study with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge and downstairs shower room. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, single bedroom, double bedroom with zip and link beds and family bathroom. There is an attractive enclosed garden and ample parking.

The Hayloft

The Hayloft is a cosy converted stone barn, ideally suitable for 2-4 guests. The property is centrally heated and fully equipped for use all year round. Its ideally placed for visiting Eden, the Lost Gardens of Helligan and the picturesque harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey. Sticker village is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with a pub and shop within easy walking distance. The South West coastal path is also nearby. We welcome well behaved dogs.

Countryside Studio with private patio

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
