The private deck has a large farm table, propane grill, and adirondack chairs around a propane fire pit. Interior 'lair' has a comfy queen bed looking out the domed skylight, full bathroom with tub, coffee bar, kitchenette, smart TV, wifi, and work table.

Nestled in the gently whispering woods of the Lucky Arrow Retreat, each of our 10 Yurts is a standalone 200 square foot unit feat. a queen-sized bed. Our Yurts have heat/AC, & are accessed via a keyed entry door, & include coffee maker & coffees. The common Bath House is right nearby, and linens, towels & robes are provided in each Yurt. Not provided: TV; cutlery & utensils Yurts are non-smoking rooms. Wifi available in the room. Pets are allowed in some Yurts with a $150 fee per pet.

The Nest was created in response to our guests loving the original! This 1400+sf deck rises with multiple levels under huge live oaks for a fun getaway in the heart of Dripping Spring's Fitzhugh District. The upper deck has swing chairs with a propane fire pit, propane grill, and dining table. Hill country vibe 'soaking trough' on lower deck. Inside is Tuft & Needle bed looking out the skylight, full bathroom with tub, coffee bar, kitchenette, Roku TV, bose sound, wifi, & work table.

The Yurtopian's "Maggie Ger" features a climate-controlled space with a king-size bed, private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bathroom, kitchen, gas grill, and a rooftop deck. Maggie Ger is situated off on its own with great privacy from other yurts and a beautiful, 360 degree view of the Hill Country from the rooftop deck. Maggie Ger's rooftop deck has one of the better west-facing sunset views on our property, but is therefore, open to visibility from the adjacent road.

Gracie is situated in the middle of our property with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the hills out in the distance. She has an extra hammock in the yard area that is covered, so there's a nice spot for a nap in the rain or shade!

You'll love staying in this handmade guest house! The yurt is carefully nested below cedar-elm trees in the back corner of our yard, 200 feet from the road, with a private entry and personal deck. Everything about the space is custom. The studio boasts a fully stocked kitchen, lightning wifi and loads of green space. We're just ten minutes from downtown, the airport, and south congress!

The Yurtopian's "Kathie Ger" features a climate-controlled space with a king-size bed, private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bathroom, kitchen, gas grill, and a rooftop deck. Kathie Ger is situated in the middle of our property with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the hills out in the distance. She has one of the nicest sunrise views, facing east, and a picnic table on the deck.

The Yurtopian's "Annie Ger" features a climate-controlled space with a king-size bed, private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bathroom, kitchen, gas grill, and a rooftop deck. Annie Ger is situated at the top of our hill with a beautiful, 360-degree view of the Hill Country. Annie Ger has two oak trees on the deck, flanking the fire pit, offering a lot of shade for the deck area.
