It is conveniently located right Hwy 25 5 miles north of Travelers Rest, 20 mins to Greenville, 35 mins to Ashville. There are several state and city parks within a short drive. With great views of the mountains from the property, its perfect to get away and get out in nature. The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.
