The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. The house is cozy and small with a sleeping loft up a spiral staircase.

Come experience our awesome treehouse on 16 private mountain acres. This nicely equipped studio style treehouse with sleeping loft and sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 5 guests. We have several private hiking trails on site or get out and explore the many hiking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway! Please be aware: 4 wheel drive is required to drive to the top of the driveway. There is no WiFi or TV available, but cell service should be good, enjoy the great outdoors!

This cabin is located within a mile to downtown Brevard, yet you feel like you are out in the country. There is a beautiful mountain and pasture view off the back porch and a barn nearby. There is a house on either side, but there are fences in between for privacy. Sit on the back porch and watch the Scottish Highland cattle graze while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This property is on a working farm, so you may see farm equipment around the property.
