El Sail Loft se encuentra entre una pequeña selección de unas 20 propiedades similares construidas en la década de 1950 ubicadas en una carretera privada aislada y tranquila. Se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa y de los senderos costeros de Langstone Harbour y de la costa, que miran a través del puerto hacia Chichester y los Southdowns. Es un lugar tranquilo para relajarse y recargar las pilas o una base ideal para navegar, andar en bicicleta, hacer kitesurf, pescar o simplemente observar la increíble selección de aves, focas y vida silvestre atraídas por la orilla del agua.

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. Una casa espaciosa y luminosa, comparte un jardín con la casa principal, situada directamente en la playa. Una escapada perfecta, a una hora y media de Londres. Es independiente y está cerca de Goodwood, el teatro Chichester, excelentes rutas en bicicleta, pubs locales y, por supuesto, el mar está a la vuelta de la esquina. Cocina nueva de planta abierta totalmente equipada, gran sofá cómodo, TV/wifi, baño con ducha separado. Cama doble tamaño king, más 2 camas individuales en un gran altillo con vistas al mar.

Ocean View, una casa familiar en primera línea de playa

Una casa de tres dormitorios y tres pisos, con un estilo de cabaña de playa, a pocos pasos de la playa. La propiedad tiene magníficas vistas al mar desde el dormitorio principal y desde el balcón del salón. Con dos baños, la propiedad tiene capacidad para 6 adultos y 1 niño. Damos la bienvenida a las mascotas y el jardín es seguro y protegido. Hay muchas atracciones locales en Hayling Island, además de estar cerca de Portsmouth, una ciudad naval histórica. Beneficiándose de WIFI de alta velocidad, Sky TV y Netflix. Estacionamiento para dos autos.

Boutique Hideaway Hayling boasts modern and luxurious accommodation and is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything you could need is close by including: trendy cafes, takeaways, a cocktail bar, ice cream parlour, gift shops, convenience stores as well as traditional pubs offering live music and tasty meals. The Boutique Hideaway is close enough for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful experience making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Millefleurs, Charming, Spacious Cottage Bungalow

We hope Guests will enjoy the use of our house on beautiful Hayling Island. Our home is newly modified to allow separate private accommodation all on ground floor for easy access. 'Millefleurs' is located in the middle of the island so all the wonderful things the Island has to offer are but a short walk, drive or cycle. Come and enjoy the fresh air, seascape, relax, water sports. You can expect a warm welcome from Philip or Claudi who will be on hand during your stay should you need them.

Horizon View is a stunning beach house over three floors. It offers exceptional views of the beach, sea & Isle of Wight which never fail to impress whatever the weather or time of year. Be energised to walk , swim or partake in local water sports. Or choose to relax , sit and listen to the waves , watch the sun set in the lovely coastal garden with ample seating for social gatherings. The ground floor has been designed to offer an almost self contained area ideal for older family members .

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

A tranquil retreat for two, Salterns Loft is a first-floor apartment equipped to a high standard. It is accessed through a separate entrance and up a spiral staircase. The large open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony with great views over an extensive garden to Chichester Harbour, Tournerbury Woods and the South Downs beyond. The airy bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower and double sink.
