Welcome to my home in Edmonton, North London. It is a thoughtfully designed, cosy and comfortable, 2-bed Victorian period property with a lot of love built in! It is located one minute from Pymmes Park and 9 mins from Silver Street overground and from there a 6 min train to the Victoria line. You can relax in the private south-facing garden with 2 swings and sitting areas. You will be well-connected to the city, whilst also enjoying peace and quiet. Recently renovated with 4 comfortable bedrooms (2 with en-suite), a big kitchen for socialising in and a Mediterranean-style gardens located on a quiet residential road. We are 20 min walk to Woolwich Station. From here you can get to the Excel (4mins), Canary Wharf (8mins), Liverpool St (15mins), Tottenham Court Rd (20mins), Paddington (26mins), Heathrow (50mins).

Get cozy, light a fire and settle into this beautifully rustic space. Experience the wonderful contrast between being in an alternative, nature-filled, unique environment. Whilst being in central London, surrounded by vibrant city life. Described as "A gorgeous, candlelit, fairy land sanctuary", there is nothing quite like it. Living on a boat can be like camping. Fortunately, mine is equipped with a fire, central heating, gas boiler, oven, gas hobs, fridge, hot shower and 2 double beds!

Come and recharge in beautiful green Clapton where you can walk to shops and restaurants. My garden apartment full of art and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a couple to relax cook and read. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a XXL mattress. The dining space opens to the private back garden with space to eat. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits two people. There’s a projector and screen for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors
