Make use of the BBQ house, outdoor showers, fire-bowl, hot tub and sauna before settling in by the wood burner and Smart TV. Perfect for couples. This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

Escape to beautiful Devon coast and enjoy stunning views of Woolacombe beach from your bedroom window. Our apartment is fantastic for families, couples, and surfers. It has spectacular view out across Woolacombe Bay and is located just few minutes walk from 3 mile long stunning Woolacombe beach and just short walk away from breathtaking Barricane beach. It is a perfect holiday destination, not just in the summer, but all year round. Situated in lovely village with local shops and restaurants.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.
