This apartment have the nicest balcony at Villa of more than 20 m2 where our guests could enjoy relaxing evenings with glass of good wine! The living room includes unique wooden shank table with 3 high chairs, sofa for relaxing and Satellite TV available. Apartment is Duplex kind of apartment with beautiful sea view from both floors that are connected with unique hand made wooden stairs. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooking top and owen, coffe maker, toaster and kettle, bathroom is with shower bath and WM. Bedroom of this apartment is situated at the attic floor of Villa and it's furnished with one double and one single bed. This apartment is most suitable to accommodate 3 persons but most of the time couples book this apartment. The property is only 1 minute from the sea (first line of the sea). The beach is a small stone beach. Longer beaches are 5 to 20 mins by car. Villa Serventi is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenare ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc. For use of our guests only we owe small domestic restaurant "Konoba Servneti" that served only sea food meals prepared at traditional maritime style of cooking. It is ideal for a stay of 3-6 people, it has 3 double bedrooms, in two of them there is the possibility of preparing a third bed, which achieves the maximum accommodation capacity for 8 guests. This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
