The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. Welcome to Te Kāinga Rangimārie, the house of peace and harmony! I am offering a quiet accommodation on a 2ha lifestyle property that supports a sustainable, self-sufficient life and has breathtaking lake views. The AirBnB is a unit next to the main house for up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or family with kids. The unit has a bathroom and basic kitchenette items, the main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. I have 3 large dogs that are very friendly and love guests.

Located just a 5-minute walk to the lake in the heart of Kinloch Village. An inviting fireplace offers cozy warmth on chilly evenings. A King-sized bed with crisp linens and plush pillows awaits. Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, frypan, coffee machine, tea, and milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water). Tranquility, comfort and relaxation, just a few minutes away from lake Taupo and only 10 minutes drive to Taupo town - This place is perfect to escape real life and enjoy a break! It is private with modern furniture, a well equipped kitchen with alpacas and emus just outside. You can feed the alpacas. Plenty of parking space.
