Healey House The Annex

Set in the small village of Braunston, The Annex overlooks the rolling hills and beautiful Rutland countryside. Ideal for couples, this one bedroomed apartment has a full kitchen, cooking facilities, an open plan living area and downstairs toilet. The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Lovely Cottage In Pretty Village Nr Rutland Water

Gable Cottage is in the picturesque village of Braunston-in-Rutland. A unique two bedroom cottage annexe, with bath and shower. Dining room with kitchenette (air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle), and cute gallery sitting area overlooking it. Access via private lane, parking for 2 cars. We also have an electric car charger Children over 10 welcome, no pets. Discount of £30 a night if only want one bedroom - message us before booking.

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
