Cozy backyard cottage in shared backyard with sunny patio for relaxing outside. Studio cottage is separate from house with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and eating area. Everything you need to relax and make simple meals, including coffee and tea. One block from Solano Ave for restaurants and shopping, a few blocks walking from whole foods and more restaurants. Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

Private garden guest room with separate entrance in North berkeley hills. Close to UC, LBL, Tilden park. Bus to BART or Uber to anywhere in the Bay Area. Safe and quiet location. Garden and patio. The private room has a double bed which is slightly shorter and more narrow than a queen size bed. We offer a mini fridge and complementary coffee. No kitchen access. The room , bath and entry are entirely private. It is not a stand alone cottage and you will hear some house noises. Thank you. 😊

Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. A 4 minute drive will get you to the freeways, groceries and many poplar neighborhoods.
