A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. This quietly located accommodation is tastefully decorated. Enjoy the birds and the space. Parking is free on the street.

Het gastenverblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt een prachtig landelijk uitzicht. Indeling: woonkamer, open keuken, 2 slaapkamers en badkamer. Vide: extra zithoek, tv en slaapruimte. Hoeve Coudewater is een zeer ruime eigentijdse vakantiewoning met privé-ingang en is onlangs gerenoveerd in een deel van een langgevelboerderij, waar ooit de koeienstal en hooizolder was. De woonruimte beschikt op de begane grond over een entree, een volledig ingerichte keuken, een eethoek en een zithoek met uitzicht op de koeienweide. Daarnaast zijn er in eigen tuin twee afzonderlijke terrassen. Op de bovenverdieping bevindt zich de badkamer en de zeer grote slaapkamer met "walk-in closet".
