Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

Perfect for ski trips to Mt Bachelor, day of golf at Quail Run, or exploring in Sunriver. This house sits on 1.5 acres, with a fully fenced area for dogs, that backs up to 350 acres of public BLM land for you to explore. Nearby Wickiup reservoir, Paulina lake, Twin lakes and more! Bachelor, the beginning of the scenic Cascade Lakes Highway, and a short walk to The Village at Sunriver. Community pool, hot tub, and laundry are on site and accessible. Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

Cosy two story A-Frame cabin among Ponderosa trees in a quiet residential. 5 minutes drive to Sunriver Village, 16 min. Mt Bachelor, 20 m Bend downtown. Living room has a comfy sectional, a single reclining armchair and TV. My cabin has a well appointed kitchen, laundry room with W/D, a Bathroom/Shower downstairs. A 2 bedrooms upstairs with Queen size bed. There is a powder room/toilet upstairs in the hallway. NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES /4 MAX .Please leave my home how you found it. Thank you 😄

Private marina & hot tub — cozy studio Apt with no shared walls. 7-min drive to the Village at Sunriver via S. Century, 20 mins to Bend, 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

Our bonus room over detached garage has a TV, yoga space, 1/2 bath and A/C. ONE dog welcome and must be added at time of reservation. Must be 25 yrs. old to book.
