This is too far to walk at 5 miles away, but if you have a car, tucked away in this small valley shopping center is Uncle Clay's organic natural fruit-using syrup to top your ice cream and shave ice. Quite a special treat if you want to get away from the more traditional Hawaiian shave ice and try something different.

We love the home made syrups used at Uncle Clay's shave ice and you may even get to meet Uncle Clay himself.
