Full day option. Hanmer Springs is a great day option. Takes around 2 hours to drive there. The hot pools are the best and they have water slides etc for the kids. Also have private spa rooms and offer a full range of relaxation therapys.

This is the natural hot pools that most people visit the village for. It's been modified for larger tourism but the pools are still feed naturally and range in temperature from warm to bearably hot.
