Træturen – The Tree Route Please note! This route is unmarked. Begin your hike at the sculpture park at KunstCentret Silkeborg Bad. Along the way, you will walk past more than 40 different species of tree. Towards the eastern part of the route, a narrow path leads you to an amazing vantage point at Kroghs Bænk, from where you can walk along the lakeshore and the paths back to your starting point. Length: 3.5 km Estimated time: 1 hour and 15 min. – 1 hour and 30 min.

Art museum, but also a really beautiful place for a walk. The park has approx. 40 sculptures. You can bring your own food and have a picnic in the park. The place has an interesting history. From 1883-1983 a health resort. From 1943-45 the nazi headquarter in Denmark. Also used as a refugee camp. Since 1992 it has worked as an art museum.

Dejligt beliggende skulpturpark med tilhørende museum. Oprindeligt kurbad med naturlig kildevand - Arnakkekilden. Senere tysk militært hovedkvarter under 2. Verdenskrig.
