About a one and half mile hike. Some steep slopes, but very manageable. Take your swim suit, towel and picnic basket. ( clothing optional )

Fees: $5/vehicle/day OR Northwest Forest Pass Located in the central Oregon Cascades about one hour from the I5 corridor, Umpqua Hot Springs is year round accessible. Umpqua features 3 hot pools (one covered) located on a mineral deposit situated overlooking the North Umpqua River. A brief but steep hike leads intrepid soak seekers to the pools from the signed parking area. Hot springers have a short, quarter mile hike up. Clothing optional.

Something I’m still dying to do myself! My friends say the hot springs are lovely but be prepared for naked visitors! 😂
