Zoo - Planckendael has hundreds of animal species from all five continents, including Asian and African lions, snow leopards, cheetahs, Indian rhinoceros, giraffes, zebras, Bonobo apes, kangaroos, koalas and red pandas. The park extends on 42 hectares (104 acres).

This is a very nice zoo. You can reach it by bike or car (4 km).

Planckendael is a treat for your family or friends. It's an themed zoo, with a lot of attention for the animals, as well as the visitors. And it's very child friendly, you can rent a soap cart for the little ones. Refreshments and amenities are plentiful. Either for a day or a few hours, your time will be well spent!
