The food I miss the most when I go abroad is naengmyeon, cold buckwheat noodles. It’s the coldest of all the Korean noodle dishes. There are two styles of this dish, Hamheung and Pyongyang, each named after a city in the north. EulMilDae’s is Pyongyang-style and it’s addictive. They have a couple warm dishes that are also great; suyuk (boiled pork belly) and nokdu jeon (mung bean pancake).

Old and delicious restraurant. They serve "Pyeongyang" style cold noodle. When it gets hot, you have to wait long queue. Some people crazy for it and few young people sometimes doesn't like it.

'Eulmildae' For more than 40 years, Eulmildae has been offering Pyeongyang-style naengmyeon, made with handmade noodles served in an icy-cold broth. Because they use a lot of starch in their noodle dough, the noodles may not be to everyone's liking, but some people are crazy about them. Suyuk, a boiled beef dish made with brisket point cut, is also excellent.
