Old pub located in the middle of the city by the market, great views of the market, has a kitchen and various pop up’s serving food.

There are a number of Thai restaurants in Norwich (all of which are excellent) but this one is our go-to not only because the food is superb, but also because it has a really relaxed pub feel to it too. Real ales are on tap. It's the kind of place you can get dressed up to go to on a special occasion, or just turn up in jeans. The owners are very relaxed.

The Sir Garnet is a great pub, outside drinking and always busy, perfect for warmer months. It doesn't serve it's own food, but does host Hatake Ramen Club on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can simply turn up and eat or can pre-order by dm'ing them on Instagram (worth doing). It's not just your standard Tonkotsu here though where every week the menu changes with new and interesting varieties of ramen. Alongside this, Ninnie Lear in the kitchen rustles up top gyoza, fried chicken, crispy potatoes... all the tasty odd bits that make up a good feast.
