Aside from the EDSA Shrine, this government-sponsored monument is a testament of the country's dedication to the supreme rule of the people. It one of the corners of the Armed Forces of the Philippines' headquarters and it's about 800 meters from where the EDSA Shrine is located, to the north of it.
