Canopy streets lined with oaks, gardens tucked in between. A morning walk to the store, the wine shop and to pick up fresh bread from local bakery proves to ensure the entire day will be good. The New Orleans Museum or Art and Botanical Gardens are in walking distance and can be done in the same day or you could rent a kayak on the bayou.

Only 4 blocks from the home, a really nice place to relax and enjoy the New Orleans Bayou. Bring a cooler and have a couple drinks while you're out there.

Great waterway to relax by, picnic, go for a run, or join in on a game of Volleyball. The bayou is a short walk up Dumaine.
