Very unique and best described from their website: "The Merchant Kitchen is the product of almost 2 decades of dreaming, brainstorming and planning. Hundreds of dishes, twenty-one cities in fourteen countries - all of it led to where we are now. Exploring cities and towns along the equator, tasting their food carts, and visiting the local markets have allowed us to bring that to the table an experience that enables guests to escape routine and enjoy flavors with friends and family.

This is located in the ALT hotel, connected via sky-walk to our building. The food is easily shareable, and can be fun/busy on game days, as it attracts MTS Centre fans. Great place to eat, OR just sit by the bar for a drink.
