This is one of the best coffe shops in the city. It is awesome both in winter and in summer. They decorate it for the christmass holidays, and there is Winter Garden. Very affordable coffee is 1bam.

To cut a good long story short this is a best and loveliest summer/winter garden in Tuzla. It coffees and beers. Most entertaining bar with best bartenders serves excellent smoothies, club sandwiches, cocktails - their coffees and draft bears are cheapest in city center. All year around it has a minimum 3 nights a week DJ playing, selected by resident DJ Soul/FMJAM. During spring/summer/autumn "Sloboda" organize "Sunday block party" - kind of "after-week-party" when it serves its guests with free barbecue and offers 'entertainments' such as vintage video games, table tennis, Frisbee, cards ... Once you find yourself in Tuzla center it will be hard to miss Sloboda (Freedom) anyway
