the most authentic and delicious hot chicken in town. Medium is my favorite spice level- enough to taste the chicken, hot enough to get the "hot" experience

Generally recognized as the best hot chicken in town. Don't wear white unless you are a master of avoiding food stains! Always a line, but I think it's well worth it. Not for the faint of heart.

The original hot chicken was made at Prince’s. It’s in a grittier part of East Nashville, but it is my favorite hot chicken.
