If you want to venture further afield to try one of Brisbane's very best cafes in a creative setting - dont hesitate to try out Bunker cafe in Milton. Excellent quality. It's the original cafe owned by the closer John Mills Himself cafe crew.

Iconic cafe, Holly's favourite in Brisbane, highly rated and loved by locals. It's a trip outside of Spring Hill to the lesser visited suburb of Milton, but if you happen to be close to that area, do stop by to see this lovely cafe, fashioned out of an unused garage covered in vines, nestled in front of an everyday Queenslander style wooden house. It's great to see what can be made out of a disused, broken down old garage! They do a great coffee, and also specialise in hot chocolates, brewed with various flavours like orange, lavender, chilli etc. I think that they only do the hot chocolate over the winter months. Hours at time of writing: Monday to Friday, 6 to 3.30 Saturday 6.30 to 12.30 There's a market held near here on Saturday morning to make a trip of it.

Great coffee. Its literally like a bunker in half a shipping container... but theres still small nooks to sit in and enjoy a quality brew.

The most loved coffee by locals - Bunker Coffee is a must-go if you're in Milton. They open early during weekdays and find them at Milton Market every Sunday!
