Echo Park’s awesome old-school 1980s arcade comes complete with a pinball room. I took an actor client once, and we had a great time. It’s a good way to let off some steam and not take yourselves too seriously. The Thai bar food is exquisite. I love the crispy tofu balls and the tamarind chicken wings, and there are a dozen craft beers on tap. This is exactly the kind of spot where you can impress someone who likes to nerd out for an evening.
