This nature preserve and beach is breathtaking. Bring the family and walk the bridge to the beach or grab the tram. You can rent SUP or kayaks, visit the nature center and gift shop, or take a walk on the trails and go for a swim. Enjoy a full day at the beach for a $5 dollar entrance fee. I would suggest driving to this park, but you can walk.

About an 8 to 10 minute drive from Kokomo. Beautiful state run park. There is a $5 entry fee per car. To access the beach you will have to walk about a third of a mile, so be prepared for some walking. It is a beautiful beach and the river is also accessible if you would like to paddleboard or kayak.
