This contemporary Japanese dining and sushi restaurant is one of the best in the city. Located on Randall and Maple, Uchi is the downstairs restaurant, while Top Knot is the upstairs restaurant. Uchi offers a variety of fish that can make your head spin if not prepared for the experience.
