The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

A quintessentially English country cottage tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester, this is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Please note breakfast consists of coffee, teas, orange juice, toast, jams and honey, cornflakes or muslei, yoghurt and fruit. Also eggs if wanted.

Well behaved dogs only please. Lovely breakfast provided to prepare yourselves . We also do a champagne package with nibbles and cake for £40 or with Prosecco for £ 30

17th Century ‘home’ 2 minutes from town centre beside the Cathedral close - I have three rooms 2 single, 1 double room with King size 4 poster bed, with a toilet and sink next door.
