The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

Cozy & Clean Lawrenceville Studio

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

This renovated home, dating back to 1900, is located right along the picturesque Delaware Canal, offering stunning views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like kayaking and biking. The loft area features a queen bed and a desk area perfect for remote work. The yard has outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery.
