One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. The beaches of Frinton on Sea, Walton on the Naze, Clacton and Holland on Sea are all within 15 mins drive. Manningtree, Dedham Vale, Wivenhoe, Colchester are all within 30 mins. Walkable to the local village of Thorpe Le Soken with its 3 pubs. Wake up to beautiful countryside views from your double bed with luxury linen bedding.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

The Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway 500 yards from the lovely sandy beaches of Frinton-On-Sea. This location is on the high street close to everything. It is highly appointed with Fine Quality Danish Furniture, Danish Lighting and more items from Great Danes (our shop below the flat) We aim for it to be a showroom and are looking for guests that appreciate quality. The Studio is available for up to 2 people (sharing 1 bed) that can climb the 20 Steep Steps to the flat.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
