It's a newly builded stone house which is very well located in old town/center of the city. The apartment is decorated by an architect. Nearest metro station called as Vezneciler 400 m Süleymaniye Mosque 200 m Grand Bazaar 800 m Eminönü Square 800 m Sultan Ahmet Mosque 1,7 km Taksim Square is 3.1 km Beşiktaş 5.3 km (bosphorus) Ortaköy 6.8 km (bosphorus) There is open car paid-parking area (İspark) just beside the building. You can easily find cafes and restaurants around the building.

My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, in 3000 years old neighborhood with countless touristic attractions around. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a hottub), a living room, a kitchen and a balcony. We also have an open common terrace with a great view which you can enjoy a cup of tea for 24 hours. Floors are covered with handmade and antique Iranian and Anatolian rugs. Paintings and drawings on the floor are popular Tabrizi artist Adil Berazende's works.

Sultanahmet Sunny Apartment with sea view

This sunny two bedroom and living room apartment is located in Sultanahmet. A few minutes walk to see the most Istanbul points of interests like as Hagia Sofia (Ayasofya), Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar (Kapalicarsi) etc. It is on the 3rd floor. No elevator. Not recommended for guests with health and/or mobility issues. Not recommended for travellers with a lot of heavy luggage or a lot of equipment such as strollers, etc. All bedrooms and living room have air condition units.
