Exclusively for 2 adults, immersed in nature, there will be no other campers here, so that you can relax in the beauty and tranquility of nature. Our 8 acre conservation farm contains ancient woodlands, a heritage orchard, friendly sheep, chickens, wild flower meadows, ponds and abundant wildlife. Between Faversham, Canterbury and Whitstable, this is a superb location for exploring East Kent, whether you want a UNESCO world heritage site or to see the wild bison at Blean, this area has it all.

Woodland Bell Tents - at Elmley Nature Reserve

The only national nature reserve where you can stay overnight. The 3,300 acres of protected land are yours to roam (within designated conservation paths) on this unique island. Experience the Elmley magic from a beautiful bell tent. Unwind, sleep in comfort and wake up to wilderness. Tents are suitable for families of 4, with children under 12 or friends, couples and individuals. The Woodland tents have electricity and their own swing. Each are tucked into their own magical little glade.

Wilderness Glamping is on the 600 acre Preston Court estate, with beautiful Bell Tents pitched along the edge of a woodland, looking out over grassy meadows with views of horses and sheep. All fully furnished and decorated to our usual high standard. Sleep under canvas, covered by a cosy feather duvet, with crisp cotton sheets and snuggly throws. Lanterns provide a beautiful warm glow as the evening draws in. We may be off-grid, but there's no compromise on comfort here!

Enjoy the peace of the countryside and explore nearby clowes woods and the crab and winkle way or take a stroll into beautiful Whitstable. If you're bringing children then there is a beautiful stream for them to dip their toes in and endless beautiful countryside to explore. The views are amazing as is the bird song!

Our spacious yet cosy bell tent offers pure privacy from it all as you stay amongst an apple orchard on a smallholding home to ducks, chickens and more. Not far from our ancient woodlands, find yourself immersed in nature as you fall asleep under the stars and wake up to the sound of birdsong. We are a very rustic and basic farm and pride ourselves on being simple. Being between Whistable, Canterbury and Faversham, it is the perfect location for a true getaway.

We are a camping and glamping site We have two shared toilets on site and a shower. We have bbqs available to hire at £15 extra. It’s a home away from home. We take cash or card when you arrive on site. We have electricity so you can charge your devices. This site operates under a Certified Location (CL) exemption. All guests are required to hold current membership with the Campfire Companions Club. Non‑members may obtain membership at the point of booking.”
