Between Faversham, Canterbury and Whitstable, this is a superb location for exploring East Kent, whether you want a UNESCO world heritage site or to see the wild bison at Blean, this area has it all.

Woodland Bell Tents - at Elmley Nature Reserve

The only national nature reserve where you can stay overnight. The 3,300 acres of protected land are yours to roam (within designated conservation paths) on this unique island. Experience the Elmley magic from a beautiful bell tent. Unwind, sleep in comfort and wake up to wilderness. Tents are suitable for families of 4, with children under 12 or friends, couples and individuals. The Woodland tents have electricity and their own swing. Our spacious yet cosy bell tent offers pure privacy from it all as you stay amongst an apple orchard on a smallholding home to ducks, chickens and more. Not far from our ancient woodlands, find yourself immersed in nature as you fall asleep under the stars and wake up to the sound of birdsong. We are a very rustic and basic farm and pride ourselves on being simple. Being between Whistable, Canterbury and Faversham, it is the perfect location for a true getaway.
