Convenient for visiting Lincolnshire's unspoilt market towns such as Louth and uncovering this county's rich history and unhurried way of life. Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee, wine, beer and snacks.

Cleethorpes is an easy cycle ride or 5 minute drive away offering plenty of amenities and long promenades with ornamental gardens and a pier.

The Saddlery Holiday Cottage-Near Wolds And Coast

The Saddlery is a one-bedroom detached holiday cottage in North Thoresby, Lincolnshire. It has received 5 star ratings from every guest. North Thoresby offers shops, two pubs with excellent restaurants, and a heritage railway station. It's surrounded by open countryside, offering scenic walks and is close to the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Lincolnshire coast, with its deserted sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts is just a short drive away.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
