Our location is perfect for exploring and discovering all the Bonavista Peninsula has to offer including hiking trails, boat tours, puffin viewing and amazing breathtaking scenery.

Located in the beautiful town of Gambo, We offer 4 cottages, each designed to highlight an important part of Gambo’s history. “The Station” highlights the importance of the railway, “The Lumberjack” honors Gambo’s history of logging, “The Trapper” perfect retreat to follow a day in the wild, and “The Angler” will definitely be the catch of the day for any weary traveler.

Gambo Pond Chalet

Chalet in beautiful central Newfoundland. On the shore of Gambo Pond. Home to some of the best Salmon Fishing and Trout Fishing on the island as well as endless miles of logging and resource roads for recreation vehicles. Snowshoes available at the cabin. A large wood stove in the main living area with plenty of dry firewood will provide a warm cozy atmosphere to sit back and enjoy the view of the pond. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
