It's history dates back to the 1400s, the restoration revealed and maintained the original stone work inside and out. A casa situa-se a 10 min a pé da Piscina dos Biscoitos e da Calheta dos Lagadores.

Fica na Serreta, um lugar mágico, ao lado de uma floresta magnífica, onde há muitos trilhos, um parque deslumbrante, muitas vaquinhas, uma paisagem sem igual e um pôr-do-sol que varia de tom a cada dia.

The property is full of protected endemic trees found only in the Azores and protected birds including Cory’s Shearwater with their curious singing just before sunrise and after sunset in residence between March and October. The house is located on a quiet small street with a wonderful 180° panoramic view of the ocean. You and your family can enjoy the meal on a quiet and private terrace with a view of the green meadows and the ocean. You can even see cows grazing in the neighboring green fields and sunset on the right sight of terrace. Entire area of terrace is 180m2. Casa do Lagar (T2) aims to offer you a relaxing stay on Terceira Island, Azores. Located in the Biscoitos vineyard country, it is a 15-minute walk from the natural pools and 15 minutes from the center of the parish. It can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Casa do Lagar has a patio with a wood oven and barbecue and a backyard where you can enjoy the sounds of the sea, rocking yourself in the swing hammock.
