This guest house is located in downtown Laporte within walking distance to the poudre river and the poudre river trail. Walk to the famous local coffee and pie shop Me Oh My Coffee and Pie or the Swing Station to hear local honky tonk/bluegrass bands. Hop on bicycles and ride the famous Poudre River trail to all the famous breweries in the heart of downtown Fort Collins. 25 minutes drive to Mishawaka Amphitheater in the Poudre Canyon. 10 minutes drive to CSU campus. Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv.
