Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen.

Mit der etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernten S-Bahn sind Sie in 25 Minuten in Berlin oder in 10 Minuten im Potsdamer Stadtkern. Mit dem Auto gelangt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zur Autobahn, aber weder sie noch die Bahn sind nachts zu hören.

From there, you have excellent access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Alexanderplatz is only about 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Friedrichstraße, the main train station, and many sights are also directly along the route. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.

This is a quiet 2-room apartment (66m²) for max. 4+2 people. The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.
