You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private. Lilypad is in a rural setting situated just five minutes from Bethlehem Town Centre with great little eateries and also being a short distances from Tauranga CBD You can sit on the deck or breakfast bar and think about the day ahead or settle in for a barbecue relaxing for the night. Cereal, milk tea, juice , coffee supplied. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Please note this space is not suitable for children.

River Gardens Apartment

This is a quirky unit, that has been separated out from the main house with its own entry and a double door in hall way separating it out, it has native timber floors in service areas, the bedroom is spacious with a Garden outlook, must take a stroll to enjoy river visa. It is clean, modern and close to Bethlehem shops restaurants cafes takeaways and bar. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with its amazing views when Venturing through the gardens and lawns.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
