You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Great coastal panoramic views with beautiful sunsets, Only 8 min's drive to Papamoa surf beach and shopping etc. The cottage is in a peaceful, rural setting in the Papamoa hills, with native Tui and Wood pigeon etc around, The cottage is adjacent to our own house and yet private, we respect your privacy and keep non intrusive to your stay and space unless required. Located at the rear of our full size section, this new purpose built studio is the perfect place for your next beach escape. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to the local shopping centre. The studio has its own deck and lawn area to enjoy the sunshine and take in the stunning sunsets over Papamoa Hills. Fitted out with all new items, we haven’t spared any expense to ensure you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Beachside unit, short walk to shops/cafés and bars

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.

A well appointed two room suite with a relaxed rural outlook but within walking distance to our town, Te Puke which offers shops, cafes, and parks. A short drive gets you to the beach or great walking or mountain bike tracks. A selection of teas, coffee, milk & hot chocolate is supplied in the apartment for you to enjoy.
