This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. AC and Starlink We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

Lots of parking available for motor homes etc. near new unit with open plan living and large decking area.

Our self contained unit is set up perfectly for your stay, whether it be for work or holiday. Just 10 minutes to The Base shopping center and 10 minutes to the centre of Hamilton, and 20 minutes to Waikato Hospital. It also is only 26 minutes from Mystery Creek events center home to the NATIONAL FIELDAYS. Situated on SH 39 5 minutes off SH1, it is on your way to Waitomo caves. Surfing town Raglan is only 30 minutes away. There are a lot of cycle and walking tracks situated close by.

Karearea Cottage is on 4 acres with a horse and pony next to the cottage. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

Country cottage with 2 bedrooms

Our cottage was renovated a few years ago but is still fresh and we have recently updated all the curtains. Comfy queen beds with ELECTRIC BLANKETS dining table, kitchenette, a good sized lounge with TV. A shower & toilet & washing machine. A warm, clean & private space to relax & unwind, you may want to go surfing at Raglan, attend the Fieldays (held in June) maybe skiing at Mt Ruapehu. We have recently added solar panels to become less reliant on the grid.

Webb's B&B

We have a lovely, spacious one bedroom Apartment, with large shower and separate toilet, in the lovely quiet and safe village of Te Kowhai, with a Café, Dairy, Fruit/Vegetable and Fish and Chip shop, all within a 2 minute walk. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport with plenty of parking. There is no TV in apartment. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked for your arrival. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.

You can chill out in the bright living room, cook in the full kitchen, and you can get a good night’s sleep in air-conditioned bedrooms. Take peaceful walks by the lake or you can relax in the garden. And the best part? For every night you stay, we donate $10 to help treat the awesome NICU staff to lunch at the hospital.
